@Joshentz Yes, you can return the phone within 30 phones days, no question ask
All you need to do is to open ticket with PM Support and arrange for a return and return label. Since Chatbot has problem with CPO type of ticket, please open ticket with PM by direct message and provide them the order number:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
