I have outgoing calls showing in my P.M. account usage history that I did not make, from a number I do not recognize. There is no record of these calls in my phones call history but they show in my account. They vary in length from several seconds to just under a minute. This happens frequently, 4 to five times a week, and all the same number. Scam???

Nope, @Dougtiggg , likely calls to PM voicemail servers from people calling you
The self-serve site displays that as outgoing calls, when in fact the call is being redirected to the voicemail system.
If the numbers end in xxx-580-4001, that's what they are. You can ignore as they are not relevant to your account/ calling.

@Dougtiggg is this a number ended with 4001 or 4002? If so that is normal. PM will record calling from your cell the VM on the usage log. Also, any number called you but forwarded to VM because you didn't pick up will be recorded on the usage log too
So, it's all good. No worry
