Return a cell phone

I ordered an IPhone 8 for my husband from the list of refurbished ones on Public Mobile. It said good working condition and it does not work. I cannot get anyone to help me figure out how to return it. Is there a phone number I can call??

You can reach out to a CS Agent and orn a ticket to return it. They will need info to set that up, like order number etc but the process to return it seems pretty painless, other then time.
