Sorry we are all members like you and I don’t think a member will be so kind to make a payment for you…but who knows. There could be a generous person that might.

Hey @Nelly3
Without knowing specifics, I'll do my best to throw out some ideas. My ideas are IF you haven't gone past the 90 days Public Mobile allows to be suspended. After 90 days, your account and number will be gone. If so, might want to look at another plan AND you will require a new SIM card.
1. If you have a credit card already on file, just go to THIS link and turn autopay back on. Or if you have a prepaid credit card, you can always replace what's there.

2. You can always stop by a place like Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up some vouchers to pay for Public Mobile if it's been suspended. You can add your vouchers HERE.

Hopefully this will start you on the correct path.

Add funds to your account or pay the bill and service should resume automatically. If not, it should be a button 'resume' or similar if you have enough funds on account. But if you were suspended for 90+ days then your account is gone, number lost.
