What service are you referring too? I have two deductions every month for my cell phone and my home phone both of which were paid, please advise.

@Dean63 Appears to be system glitch many getting message that service on hold . But service still working . If your service still working you can safely ignore the error message . If services not working you will need to make manual payment

@Dean63 if all services are working , ok I would just ignore it. Seems a lot of this going around...

if your PM services have no problem on both lines, please ignore the messages about the overdue issue. It looks like there was a system glitch and those email were sent wrong, sent to the wrong group of customers
