Your 14-digit Public Mobile account number is hidden by default for security, but you can find it instantly through either the website or the mobile app.
Method 1: Using a Web Browser (Recommended)
Log into your account portal at myaccount.publicmobile.ca (using an Incognito/Private window helps prevent page loading glitches).
Look at the column menu on the left-hand side and select Profile.
In the top-right box of that page under Account Info, you will see your account number.
It will be partially masked for privacy—simply hover your mouse or click on the "eye" icon to reveal the full 14 digits.
Method 2: Using the Public Mobile App
Open the app and tap on the Subscription tab at the bottom.
Select Manage Subscription.
Your 14-digit account number will be listed right under your name and phone number alongside your current billing cycle.
Before you make the jump back to Rogers, would you mind sharing what specific issues you've been running into? The community is pretty great at troubleshooting, and we might be able to find a fix that saves you the hassle of switching back.
