After putting my email in for password reset it keeps saying email not recognize

@kimmie_01235 Maybe there was a typo with the email address when you set up in the beginning? or maybe you used another account You tried all other possible email you might have?
Check all your email, did you get any PM email from any of them? If so, that might be the one you used
if you are still unable to get through that step, you will need to open ticket with PM to get this sorted out
Use the Chatbot on the lower right:
type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket successfully opened, keep checking your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) CS Agent will communicate with you there
