I wish Telus or PB would fix this. I waste more time on the web site waiting for response than on any web site I use. No, or is not my phone or my connection. It is an underpowered web site.
Please fix this. It's been abysmal response for years.

if you mean loading time with My Account on browser, try using Public Mobile app, it loads a lot faster than the site
