I recently purchased a Sim card and just got the notification that it's out for shipping, but I need to pay the import tax for it. My problem is delivery service is telling me I was charged upwards of 200$ while it was no more than 12 on my invoice. I need a corrected invoice to show them but don't know how to get one. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Turns out I'm just dumb. I had another package coming in I'd forgotten about and the timing between the two was so close it just made me panic a bit. Thank you all for your rapid help, I'm glad to see the community being so supportive

Are you located in Canada?
Did you request to be shipped to your address in Canada?
Where did you order the SIM card from? Public Mobile, CCS, eBay or???
Who is your delivery service?
Did you order a Public Mobile SIM card?

Not too sure where you ordered your SIM card from. I had ordered mine through Public Mobile and there are no import fees or anything like that. I just paid for the SIM card and it was mailed to me via regular letter mail. Hope everything gets cleared up for you, and welcome to Public Mobile.

@Nlevesquewong You sure the package is for PM? As far as I know, PM ships the SIM within Canada.
If you really want an official invoice to the SIM, you might want to Open ticket with Mod

Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
