I didn't see the text from Rogers before I activated the eSim. I'm trying to keep the old number. From previous posts it looks like I need Public Mobile customer service help but I can't figure out how to access? What is my next step.
At the time of posting I am still within the 90 minute notification time if that makes a difference.

Did you turn off the physical sim? Double check your settings. You might have disabled the physical sim when you activated the e-sim. Make sure you don't delete your e-sim. Just turn on the physical one if it's off.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the service will no longer allow sending a reply text to that number/it shows as undelivered. Same with the phone number provided for questions.
