I found my password and security question answer. I was able to reset my password and get into my account. Thank you everyone for your help.

@arjund38 : That's too much personal info. So when you use the Forgot your password? function using that email, you then don't know the answer to the question that you had set up at activation?

@softech : The only one of those you can change in the account is the security question.

@arjund38 Please remove your email address and the phone number. it is an open forum and you don't want the info posted here
You can login to My Account to make the security question/answer change yourself if you have access
