Hello... I am having problems signing into my Self-Serve account.  This seems to be an ongoing problem with my account as I can see from the message history.  I have tried to reset the password a number of times but keep getting a message telling me that it could not be changed at this time.  This is after I have green check marks indicating all the fields are filled in correctly.  Could you please assist me?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

hi @Domgodess   you ever try to use Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode?

 

if you tried and still not working, please submit ticket with PM CS agent 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
