I need to need reset password for.my self serve. Please advice. 8 forgor password and security question

Normally I'd correct "EDT" but I guess as of today EST is technically correct for the next 4 months. 😆  Maybe just "ET" is better/more universal...

If people were to use some nice password keeper app there will be no forgotten passwords or security answers.

HOW DIFFICULT is to write few characters (or let app generate password) in secured app or even on piece of paper to be kept in a wallet. Well, if you lose your wallet that means you do not need it...

 

But please keep loosing your pass/sec answers. That keeps US in business 😝

@Spudster  honest, the security question could be hard,  sometimes case sensitive is an issue, the answer with or without space, with or without A , The in the front (like movie names etc) there still could different variations of the same answer

When you use Chatbot to get contact with PM

Follow the steps below and you can get to the ticket open screen quicker

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,

Use the little chatbot to the bottom right (the little bubble), and type in "forgot password and security question"

 

I can absolutely see someone forgetting the password, but you also forgot the answer to your security question?

 

Odd - that's usually something someone knows the answer to.
