Hello, I am trying to reset my password and am unable to login. My phone service is suspended, I believe I need to update my payment information. When I try to submit a ticket I am unable to provide the information required nor use the 4 digit pin.

If you are having issues updating your payment. You can purchase a voucher and enter it through 611.

@soph85 - when you submit the ticket are you being asked for your Community credentials?
Once you have access to your self serve account, navigate to the PAYMENT tab, and see the bottom, left corner to update/ change your credit card info.

Did you try password reset with answering security question?
If you do remember your password the account might be only temporarily locked for an hour due to too many (5) attempts. You might want to wait an hour and try again.
If nothing works for you (using even different browser) contact agent for assistance.

@soph85 to properly open ticket for password reset, please use one of the 2 methods below:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
***Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
