I successfully went through the porting from PC mobile to PM but I missed the text confirmation to approve the porting. How do I get a new request to resend porting request ?

If you have it enabled you can pay $2/day for service with chatr. See if that is an option for you and reinitiate the port request first thing tomorrow morning.

So did you do a transfer attempt and did you confirm the transfer from the text to the chatr sim within 90 minutes? If not then the account should remain active unless you attempted the transfer right up to the last minute of active service and missed the confirmation text and now the account is not active. If so then you'll need to pay for another month at chatr.

@comit-214- There is a silly rule around here where we can't post the porting help number. So you can either be re-directed into your private messages or redirected to the link as offered. Maybe someone else will send you a private message.
Adding - do you still have the chatr sim? Is the chatr account still active? Put the sim in a phone and then call the number.

Did you recieve the PAT (porting authorization text) but miss the 90 minute window? Unless I'm having a brain fart it was my understanding the PC Mobile number transfers can only be done by customer support. If the telus porting department cannot help you with reinitiating your port request then click on SIMon at the bottom of the page to submit a ticket for customer support. If SIMon gives you the run around you can send a private message by clicking below....

Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from customer support.
