Hi There,

I'll be away for a couple of weeks and I want to pause my plan without losing my number. Can I do this? and how?

There's no vacation pause. You can turn off autopay and let it not renew at your next renewal if you don't have enough balance to cover your plan. There is a 90 day grace period to restart the service without losing anything. (except maybe sign up promo items)
