Having gone thru this before on my other line, I require a new eSIM after a failed activation and transfer last night. I will need a new SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code

but if it is a new activation, you don't need to buy a new eSIM
just try to scan the QR code on your email and try to install once again

@Departuresnow Go to PM app subscription add on page at the bottom of page shop sim option select it and you can select eSIM and install it
