Having gone thru this before on my other line, I require a new eSIM after a failed activation and transfer last night. I will need a new SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code

Buying a new eSIM works ($5 not free but, oh well) and managed to activate. Thanks

Hello @ Cristinataprats,

Unfortunately, an eSIM can only be purchased through your online account. You can try multiple times, and when the option appears to receive the code by email, select that option. If that doesn’t work, the only alternative is to purchase a physical SIM card, and an agent will activate it for you.

what do you do when the 2 factor authoentification sends SMS to the phone now not working - that i need a new eSIM for ... and no way to do email?

i have the same issue after installing it and deleting it, but noone is responding for 48h on private chat or otherwise. Please help. I just need a new eSIM

but if it is a new activation, you don't need to buy a new eSIM

just try to scan the QR code on your email and try to install once again

@Departuresnow  Go to PM app subscription add on page at the bottom of page shop sim  option select it and you can select eSIM and install it
