Hello
I've recently purchased my PM SIM card, and I'm looking to make a request transfer my number from Koodo to PM. The number I'm looking to transfer over is xxxxxxxxx, and the number I've been given in the interim is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you wish to transfer an existing number from TELUS Prepaid, TELUS Postpaid, or Koodo Postpaid, the process will be the same as transferring in from a different carrier.
You can do this through the activation process: https://publicmobile.ca/en/bc/portal/activation
If you wish to transfer an existing number from Koodo Prepaid or PC Mobile, you will need to first complete your activation with a new number, then reach out to our Moderator team here in order to transfer your existing number to Public Mobile.

@hoggs40 , this announcement covers the number porting process. The process is a little convoluted depending on if it is done during activation or after and which account type you are porting from (prepaid vs postpaid).

@hoggs40 : if it wasn't Koodo prepaid then you could have done that during activation. You can still do it in Change Number if it's not Koodo prepaid. If it is though then you need to contact the moderators.
