Hello, PM Community.
I am old client of PM for about 10 years and recently I purchased additional 1GB of data, because was out of traffic.
Not sure why I was charged 120 CAD instead of 15 CAD (I am on plan 120CAD for 3 months), but now I have 105 CAD sitting in my account and I am planning to port out to another mobile provider with plan which better fits my growing requirements. How can I get my money back, could you please suggest?
If I need to contact Public mobile Customet Service, am I in a right place?
Thank you!

Wow, that is a large overcharge.
Please note that it may take up to 30 days when you ask for a refund to a CS_Agent.

@mummonth PM is Prepaid and usually not provide refund. Not sure if you clicked wrong or the system charged wrong. You can open a ticket with PM support and try to ask for a refund since it is not a small amount. Just don't tell them you are porting out 🙂
