@Rick007   Oh right, you were having speed issues I think?  Is it working better  now with the new sim?

Hello Phil,

Last week I was having service issues after upgrading to 4G, after doing tests we still couldn't figure out the issue and I asked Gaby if it could be my original sim card and she said to buy and new sim card and try that.

Thank you for reaching out Phil.

@Rick007   Can I ask why you want to change the sim card, does it not work?

You should be able to change your simcard in the profile section in your phone my account @Rick007 and your number will transfer to the new simcard after the change.
