Hello, I was confirmed to change my plan to the $36 plan with 500 international minutes free and be active on Dec 28. But now this plan does not show up in my account.
If I have to re-pick a new plan again, the $35 or $36 plan do not show 500 minutes included for free.

If using the website, check your account using the PM app.
If using app, try the website. The website is finicky. Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device.

log in to your account > Manage Subscription > Change Subsription...if you successfully saved the $36 plan...you should see it's sitting there ready to be used on your next renewal date.
