If it doesnt reactivate after payment and your payment just lands in your available funds then go to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Log out and reboot.

@Bigflakes88 hi did you go into self serve and find the reactivate button? click on it and reboot phone

HI @Bigflakes88 click Reactivate current plan and see if it works
if it brings you to the payment page, make a $1 payment using the option "Other.."
If successfully paid, logoff My Account and reboot the phone and it should work
