@XxSimranjeetxX Yes with PM if you port your number out to another provider successfully your account will be closed automatically

I transferred from Fido to PM. Fido customer care told me that they will keep my account as it is until I decided to transfer back to Fido in future. Does PM have different policies if you port your number to different service provider because it is prepaid instead of postpaid?

It really shouldn't be necessary that we have to contact support reps to remove our credit cards from our accounts. Why Public has not corrected this by now I don't understand or why any company would be permitted to do this.

@mliulian If you want to keep your phone number you just need to port the number out and it will automatically close your account also

just disable Subscribed and your account will not renew...then in 90 days it'll be deactivated. Once you port out, your account will also deactivate.
