I have two accounts under two different credit cards. One card has expired. Trying to change the expired date. Won't let me. I pay 45.20 each phone automatic. Now it is saying my subscription is 72.00. Can't change the the expired date. the advice the bot gave can't find manage subscription, cann't make a ticket, error 404. can't pay the invoice. Won't let me do anything. This is the last avenue. Just want to pay my 45.20 change the expired date and reinstate my phone.

@Iwomen There’s been some issues updating credit card . Best to wait 24 hours and try again incognito /private mode or from the app instead . I’m the mean time you can buy payment voucher shoppers drug mart and load it *611 to resume services right away .
