When I attempt to sign in to the app, I am being asked to register as if I do not have a Public Mobile account. I've had an active account for over a year now. Is there a fix?

I am having the same issue, just keeps going in circles, I log in and it asks me to subscribe which I was already for a while now, they did take my payment today as well. Weird something going on

I can see that. When I select that option, it takes me to the whole set up...pick a sim, pick a plan and so on. That's not what I need. I would like to go right to my account. It seems like the system does not recognize my information. But, as we can see, I can log in and use community!!

@Trouty007, there should also be an option to Log In right under "Already have an Account?", are you able to see that option?
