When I try to log on to my account to activate my sim card I keep getting in a loop from eversafe.
I can only get a notice that my account and password don't match.

did you try click didnt receive code and the use send email option to login?

have same problem!!! the problem that i moved from on to ab and have to change phone number . Now when i tryng to log to my accaunt its constanly says that wrong email what is definetly not!!! after i trying to change password for my email it send confirmation code on phone number that doesnt exist obviously 😞 . I publicmobile client changed phone on there website and still public cant change(renew) phone number so everything works properly....mindblowing!!! Half morning i trying to find on my accaunt where to change phone number so i will get confirmation code without any result!!!
plus importan staff....2 times in 3 yeears already i tried to change plan but after renew nothing happened money charged but old plan!!!

Thank you for the solution to this.
I feel that the registering process is severely lacking in clarity and simplicity.
This convoluted Membership and Registering process does not make me a happy or eager Public Mobile member.

to activate, you MUST use the app to complete the activation (Even you can start the activation using browser, you will still need the app to finish the second half of it, so it is better to simply use the app of the whole activation process)
Once account is activated, you can in fact uninstall the app and access everything on My Account using the browser

you are new customer trying to activate? if you are, please download the app on the phone and use the phone to activate
if you are existing customer just trying to update the sim card, you do not "activate" but just login My Account to update the sim card number to the new one
