My husband has been locked out of his account and cant access the chat now to fix it.He cant access his account nor change any passwords what can he do?
When I try to log on to my account to activate my sim card I keep getting in a loop from eversafe.I can only get a notice that my account and password don't match.
Thank you for the solution to this.I feel that the registering process is severely lacking in clarity and simplicity.This convoluted Membership and Registering process does not make me a happy or eager Public Mobile member.
