How do I resubmit the request to transfer the number?

They replied within 20 minutes and the port has successfully been completed. Thank you.

Are you porting into Public Mobile or out of Public Mobile to another carrier?

YES. What other words can it autocorrect it to? LOL

When a CS Agent returns your message, watch the top right corner that looks like an envelope.

You need to get a SIM and activate/subscribe to a plan on the app and leave the old SIM in your phone and wait for the text confirming with YES you are porting over…you have 90 minutes to reply or porting process will be cancelled.

If you miss this most important step then you need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging to restart the porting process for you at:

Your old SIM will continue to work until porting is completed.

A ticket should be submitted to a Public Mobile customer support agent.  Please try the chatbot at
