Hi there I need to register an account to pay for my bill tomorrow. I got my prepaid loadable card from a phone dealership and he didn’t tell me how to register an account to keep my payments going

You need to sign in to register a credit/debit account for payments. When you sign in to myaccount, you can see the option to register your payment method.

Otherwise, you could also go to a local store (currently available at most Canadian Tire Gas, Esso, Gateway Newstands, and MacEwen locations) and do easy an top-up.

Another option is to buy a payment voucher from online/local stores and recharge by dialing *611 from your PM phone.

Did you initially activate in a store and never made the account? You could also have bought a voucher and used 611 to enter it. Did you try the create account option at the login page?

If you do not have self-serving PM account, you have to open it. While in Community, hoover over top right Sign In and select My Account. Follow prompts.
