Regarding no service for over 30days

So why is it that I paid for 90days service and I can't make or receive phone calls at all. Please fix this problem or refund my money today this is infuriating and unacceptable I will never recommend this company to anyone

iPhone 5s as well as I have tried on 5c as well both phones don't work.

Then likely your phone just needs to be reset. Try:

 

- rebooting the phone

- toggle airplane mode off/on

- remove the sim for 5 minutes, then install and reboot

 

What is the make/model of your phone? Has service ever worked with this phone? Is it dual sim?

Looking at your phone, can you see "Public Mobile" with some bars, or "No Service"?
