I purchased the wrong phone and have requested information on how to return It (was told on website we have 30 days) but NO ONE has responded to my email. If I only have 30 days to return it how am I supposed to know how to do that? Can anyone direct me to the information on returning refurbished phones please ....

@ctiitson : Um...who're you talking to? Did you go through the returns process? Not sure how you would set up being able to return without actually initiating the process.

@kidcowgirl As you have initiated the return process well within the 30 days specified, I wouldn't worry about the deadline. You have proof that you sent the message. Not withstanding the inconvenience and annoyance of the delay, you have done your part.
