When does the 90 day start?

I need confirmation that I will not lose my Canadian telephone numbers on Feb 26th. I have 2 phones with Public Mobile. I am in Florida until April 20th. My phones did not work well in the USA as my phones do not have the VolLTE setting and will not connect well with US cell towers. So I suspend both phones on my account by moving the toggle to unsubscribe. My question is does the suspension date Start on Feb 2, 2026 or Feb 26 as it says on the notice I got from PM saying my account subscription, currently my balance is $0, will renew on Feb 26th, 2026. I also received a notice "Before you unsubscribe" saying if your account balance is zero on your next billing date, (feb 26) your service will be suspended. After 90 days without service, your account will be cancelled, and you will lose: your phone numbers and your 3.2 Public points balance. I need to know if the 90 days started on Feb 2nd or will it start on Feb 26 th. I do not want to lose those numbers. I intend to subscribe to PM again when I return to Canada and get new phones with VolLTE settings before the 90 days is up. See the sceenshots of what I have tried to describe. When will the 90 days start. I hope this makes some sense. Thanks, Monty

Never wait for the last minute to renew your account encase of possible technical issues or website or app maintenance.

Login to your account and click on Subscribe or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to renew your payment but you will need your PIN.

You can reset your PIN if you haven’t set one or don’t remember your PIN.

you just unsubscribed? your current cycle ends on Feb 26, but it means it will ends right at Feb 26th midnight. So, your 90 days start on Feb 26. You will need to resume service before May 27th or you will lost your number.  But  Don't wait till last time, resume around May 22th just in case there is any payment or system issue.
