How to get refund 

 

was charged Mutiple times when trying to activate a new line 

 

please advise

Hello @axisandrew 

Before you contact a CS Agent, contact your credit card company first to confirm they are actual charges on not just pending charges. People tend to make that mistake a lot. Once you have confirmed this, then reach a CS Agent.
