Hi, I am a new customer, trying to activate eSIM, keeps giving me an error message, when I try to submit a ticket I get an error message for that. How am I supposed to get help? I have cleared my browser history and refreshed as suggested. Very frustrated! Phone is currently on SOS mode. What do I do? Thanks.

Thank you for getting back to me. I did use the app and followed the directions, then I got an error. I have tried to follow the starting a ticket process and received an error there as well. Thanks again.

hi @Mels_Mobile confirm once more if the esim already installed on the Cellular seven. It happened to my friend, the error was there because esim already installed on his
but it is not there, please submit ticket with CS agenras said above

Hi hTideGnow, thank you for getting back to me. I have an iPhone 12 Pro. I got the welcome email and the QR code, I scan it and get an error "Unable to activate eSIM". When I try to submit a ticket I get an error. The chat told me to refresh my browser and clear my history, I have done that, still not able to submit a ticket.

hi @Mels_Mobile what phone do you have?
did you get a welcome email? if you did, there is a qr code to can use to scan and install the esim
if not, you can submit ticket with CS agent by message here
