@Leelee125 there could be many reasons why a new activation may not work. What are you experiencing?

Have you ruled out a device issue? Try:

  • Restart your phone 
  • Do a reset of the device's network settings
  • Try your sim into another phone to see if you have any services 

No need to jump ship yet, perhaps it is an easy solution. 

Did you port a number over or activate with a new number?

If all trouble shooting fails, contact CS_Agent via chatbot or private message them through your envelope top right Community page.

I found this message added on to the end of another threaed from a few days ago. Please rember that messages posted here are usually only seen by other customers.  Only employees could look into a refund situation for you.  Instrructions have been provided earlier in thisw message thread about how to contact Public Mobile.

Unfortunately, refunds generally aren't provided. Can you provide some details about this situation? Did Public Mobile overcharge you?

I paid $45 to get an account with you guys. Then eleven dollars for sin. Either work I would like refund back please
