@Leelee125 there could be many reasons why a new activation may not work. What are you experiencing?
Have you ruled out a device issue? Try:
No need to jump ship yet, perhaps it is an easy solution.
Did you port a number over or activate with a new number?
If all trouble shooting fails, contact CS_Agent via chatbot or private message them through your envelope top right Community page.

I found this message added on to the end of another threaed from a few days ago. Please rember that messages posted here are usually only seen by other customers. I paid $45 to get an account with you guys. Then eleven dollars for sin. Either work I would like refund back please
