[email protected] was a fake account. 2026/06/29 $45.20 Hello, I tried to add an email/line to my account, but the eSIM activation failed due to a system error. The service was never activated, and I did not receive or transfer a phone number. Since the service was never rendered, I am requesting a full refund for the plan and eSIM charges back to my original payment method, and I want this unactivated account deleted

have you try working with PM agent on your issue yet? If not, please open a ticket with PM agent, they will try to help and will decide if they can issue you a refund
