I mistakenly kept trying to purchase a sim card and kept getting charged but it wouldn't finish the process of shipping it. Can I get a refund for these 4 sim charges?

They won't refund you. However they can credit your account the costs.

You can create a ticket by clicking on the chat bot at the bottom right corner. Or if it doesn't work, you can create a ticket using the direct link.
