Hi,
I made an account and paid for a subscription plan with an esim. But my activation was unsuccessful because my phone is incompatible with esim.
I have been trying to get a refund by submitting a ticket online but it's not letting me submit a ticket. (The part where you have to write N/A for the sim number in case of an esim is not letting me write anything).
And the chat has been really unhelpful. Could you please guide me?

Because the eSIM is free right now, there really is no loss there. However, if you got yourself a really good deal, then why not just go purchase a physical SIM card? You can call out to any local Telus stores to see if they have one or you can pick one up on Amazon. Amazon Might not want to give up too soon if you got a good plan. It's worth trying out.
