How long does customer support agent take to respond for refund? I’ve submitted a request already through private messages on Sunday. My credit card has 4 transactions on it for one subscription from Black Friday offers.

Ive been waiting 24hrs and no response on my message to CS Agent. I guess response times are quiet slow this time of year. Wish there was better support.

@Jp99 On your device do you see an envelope icon top right? Not everyone gets that (I don't) in which case you need to tap/click your avatar also top right and then select Messages. It took me a while to figure that out and I know I'm not the only one! Some people have thought they had no reply because of this. There is no indication at the avatar that there is a private message waiting, in contrast to the envelope icon.

the recent Black Friday deals have proven to be very successful...putting a strain on the CSA's helping with various problems. If you can be patient, I'm sure they'll eventually make things right. If you send another message...maybe request some data as compensation for your long wait.

Same here. They asked for account details in first response, then screenshot of the charges on the next, then closed the ticket in under 24 hours for some reason, have just sent the screenshot waiting for a response.

Ideally it will be if you can submit a ticket. Otherwise agent usually responds 1-24 hours. Since you send them a message on Sunday (reduced staff, most likely) try to send them another mail.
Confirm some transactions are not 'pending' as they will disappear eventually from your card account.

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond. Could take a few hours as they're busy. Please send a message to CSA and request refund / credit to your account for the overpayment.
