I have transferred my phone number to another service provider and I'm no more with public Mobile, but I have just paid my current month invoice. Can I get a refund please

No refunds here. You needed an Active account in order to be able to port away from PM, so you actually got what you paid for really.

@Ghaith Hello this is a prepaid service there are no refunds , I guess you should have timed it better when you left

@Ghaith Hi sorry there are no refunds after porting a number to another provider

@Ghaith Sorry, PM is a prepaid provider and they won't refund in such case.
