Hey I switched to PM the other day. And ended up having to switch back to my old carrier the very next day. I had paid the 46 dollars for a month's service but now that I have left a day after am not seeing any type of refund..Pro raited is what I'm expecting, like all other carriers do when you leave part way through your month. Well this show up in my bank account?

Prorated are normally offered on postpaid service but PM is a prepaid service so unfortunately no partial refund will not be offered.

Hey @Jon123
As stated, Public Mobile is a pre paid service. You can reach out to a CS Agent however I don't think you will be refunded as it's stated on the SIM card cover that it's non refundable.
