@CS_Agent - I meant to select the $40 5G 30GB promotion that ended on Aug 28, 2023, but i selected the wrong plan. I tried submitting a ticket but the system showed me an error every time I tried. Can someone assist in resolving this please.

This is an offer that is offered for new members and not for existing members.
Did you just subscribe and activated a new SIM/eSIM? If you are a new member, just private message a CS_Agent to have it changed at:

If the Customer Service Agent isn't able to Change/Refund you for the Accidental Plan Purchase than just hold out and use it for the 30 days you've already paid for and schedule a Plan Change to the Plan you want within the 'Subscription & Add-ons' Section.

@Owen10 As others have said ask support if they can help you . That plan has been extended till sept 5 . Could always create a new account on that plan if they can’t help or consider the 40GB $45 plan for next renewal it’s only $5 more

@Owen10 , it was an honest mistake. Explain the situation & hopefully the CS_Agent will change it for you. The plans promotion date was extended to September 5th!
The chatbot/virtual assistant is broken & has been for quite some time sorry! 😔
