Refund - failed activation

Hello. I subscribed to a plan with an eSIM and was not able to successfully activate / port. I’d like to request a refund since I decided to port to another carrier instead. How do I request this? Thanks.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent but keep in mind that PM is a prepaid service.
