Hello!
I just transferred my phone number minutes ago to public and was referred by a friend. When I put there referral code and hit submit, I expected it to be part of my profile..but there is no $10 credit and it doesn't show!
What can I do to resolve this issue? Their referral code is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Please note that it is against PM policy to post a referral code on this public community so click on the V in circle and edit out.
Please also note that your $10 credit will be added within 72 hours that will apply to the next month’s bill.
Your friend will receive their 1 point/month after their renewal date.

@JayKay27 The one time crest should appear in your accounts available funds within 72 hours after activation , if it’s been more then 3 days ask support to ensure it’s been applied correctly

the $10 does not deduct the activation amount on the spot
instead, you will see it on your My Account within 72 hours. The credit will be used for renewal 30 days later
