PM, I really need your help.
For the last month, I've been experiencing terrible call quality, dropped calls, calls connecting to other people's conversations. The last one is a huge privacy issue. I expect my calls to be private between myself and the other party I'm speaking with. This is an unacceptable privacy issue.
However, generally speaking, call quality is terrible. It is not location specific. My calls drop randomly. People complain they cannot hear me or I'm breaking up as we speak.
What can be done to fix this. I can see from other conversations that this is not an isolated issue.

Hi,
I have an iPhone. Resetting network settings is a common recommendation. I've done that.

@Aligiannis Dropped calls has been a long ongoing issue with public mobile . You can try phone set to 3G but that really helps . What phone do you have check the PM voLTE whitelist . If it’s not in it you can certainly experience voice issues in some locations

what phone you have?
Try Reset all networks and see if it helps
and you should report that with PM support agent and ask them to refresh your account, maybe it will help
