Despite being a moderately sized town near populated areas, Bowmanville has terrible cell service. There are several dead zones, areas with painfully slow or intermittent data connection, and bad reception with calls dropping or cutting out.
If you talk to any residents, this is an issue across pretty much all carriers, including Public (Telus). Are there any plans to significantly improve the service in Bowmanville? It is long overdue.

That would be up to Bell ultimately. Telus does not build sites in Bowmanville.

Adding new cell sites can be a long process. Unfortunately, posting a message in this message forum is unlikely be seen by anyone who is responsible for rolling out new cell sites. Some of the time, adding new cell sites gets slowed down by residents sometimes not being in favor of the installation of these new sites because of potential health concerns.
