Hello,
I am and I joined using a referral link but it didn't work and my friend didn't get the referral. Is there anyway to ensure they get the benefit as well as me? I just joined today. Thank you for your help

When did you join up? It can take up to 72 hours for the new account (yourself) to receive the $10 credit. Usually about 24 hours.
Is your friend on the legacy old rewards system or newer points system? If on the points system, they will not see the 1 point credit until their next payment date. If on the legacy rewards, they should see your last 4 digits of your phone number in the refer-a-friend list.
If more than 72 hours, then you can contact customer service agent to check the referral credit.

It can take up to 72 hours for the $10 bill credit to appear in your account for being referred to PM. If you both don’t receive the rewards on your accounts after 72 hours please reach out to customer service to have them re-apply the referral code for you.
