Is there a possibility to reset a new public mobile account or add a referral code after the sim card has already been activated?
The story is that I bought a new Public Mobile sim card for my sister from a store 40 minutes ago and the cashier activated the sim card without asking me first. It was only after I gave him my sister's contact information and paid for the sim card that I realized he already activated it. Now, I can't find any option to add my public mobile referral code to her account!
Is it possible to overwrite her account information and add my referral code to her account? I can provide both of our email addresses, public mobile phone numbers, sim card numbers and proof of the transaction.

The CSAs and PM are usually very reasonable for these situations and can add it for you manually

Yes, the SIM is activated as when I try activating it, it said it was an invalid SIM number.
I didn't know the cashier activated it without asking since I didn't know why they needed my sister's contact information. I thought they were running some sort of security check or something.
