Didn't receive signup reward

I did not receive my $10 credit when i signed onto Public mobile. I put in the referral xxxxxx. They did not receive a

credit either

Usually takes up to 72 hours so if yo just did it, it should be showing up soon

Did you sign up recently?  There is a special promotion for $5/month x 5 month for both parties (new and referer) - until June 6.  Maybe you are getting this special promotion instead.  Did your friend get a text message saying that he/she referred a new friend?

Just open ticket with CS Agent at  : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. Type: My rewards are missing,
  2. Click on "Public Points"
  3. click on "Refer A friend",
  4. click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
  5. click "Click here to submit a ticket" .

    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You can open ticket with PM support to add the referral code back.  You open one single ticket to take care of this for both yourself and your friend:

 

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
